To propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order 23.103:

Grants leave for Eleanor Burnham to introduce a Member Proposed Measure to give effect to the pre-ballot information tabled on 8 May 2009 under Standing Order 23.102.

To propose that the Assembly resolves to adopt the following amendments to motions:

Add as new points at end of motion:

‬2. Notes however that the latest Labour Market Statistics indicate a reduction in the claimant count; and

3. Welcomes the Welsh Assembly Government's actions, including PROACT, to safeguard jobs in Wales and looks forward to further proposals relating to employment within its Economic Renewal Programme.
